In order to qualify for a refund your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date, unopened and in new condition. If your products are open, not in new condition, or postmarked within 31-60 days you will receive Happiness Guarantee credit that can be used towards your next Arieyl Purchase. Anything past the 60 days or products marked final sale (this includes sales and BOGO deals), non-returnable, event tickets or seasonal on our website may not be available for return or Happiness Guarantee Credits.
Packs not returned in its entirety are only eligible for partial Happiness Guarantee Credits.
