SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Arieyl we strive to have the orders fulfilled and out the door to our customers within 48 business hours.
Arieyl offers shipping throughout the United States.
All shipments are sent through the USPS or UPS.
Carriers may vary depending on your package's size.
If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must make a claim within 10 business days by emailing support@arieyl.com

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Happiness Guarantee:

To qualify for the money-back guarantee portion of our happiness guarantee your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date, unopened, and in new condition. If your products are open, not in new condition, or postmarked within 31-60 days you may exchange your product(s) for another amazing Arieyl product. Any products marked non-returnable, only exchangeable, or seasonal on our website may not be available for return or exchange (examples: Bath fizz, Dog treats, seasonal, samples, and beauty products). Since there is a discount on our packages please note the package discount will be forfeited if the package is not returned in its entirety.
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns. A fee may be waived when exchanging for another product.Subscription cancelations before the agreement is completed will also have a fee for the difference in pricing between the VIP and subscription pricing.
